Memories boxed away. Car loaded up. Another chapter of life closing as I pull out of the parking lot at the Pi Beta Phi house.
Move-in day feels like moments ago, but this year was so much more than just sharing a house with sixty girls. Between ring-ching on Thursday dinners, study parties in room 10.5, breakfast chats with Ms. Evelyn, late-night stories with the room mates, or getting ready to go out together, living under the roof with sixty girls quickly turned into sixty friends - certainly many life-long friends.
While the good bye to life in the Pi Beta was bittersweet, it was really more like a see you later.

This is the paddle my pledge class and I made for our pledge mom. These photos don’t do it justice because I am OBSESSED WITH IT! The background is a beautiful wine color [Pi Phi colors are wine & silver blue] and we wrote a letter to our mom on the back.
Much love from NY Alpha!
