And if they are "dedicate to that house for a full calendar year," why is it that that same house can't offer them another bid during informal recruitment?

moon-over-the-mountains: My chapter won Lip Sync, Pandora’s Box and The Race for the King! We got second in the Canned Food Drive and Greek Goddess / Drain the Tank! All leading to… WINNING GREEK WEEK 2012! :D  And we’re doing homecoming with Lip Sync and Greek Week winners ATO!  WE ARE GOING TO DOMINATE HOMECOMING LIP SYNC! Can’t wait! :D
